Estate is located on top of Kounoupas Hill, the highest party area with an magnificent view to the islands of Delos, Rinhia, Tinos, Syros, Kythnos, Kea, Serifos, Sifnos Naxos, Paros and Antiparos. Crowning 20.000 square meters of land, our villas offer our guests maximum privacy. What makes us all the more unique are our bird's-eye-views of the town below, which glistens by day as it does by night. From up high, as well as looking out on the infinite blue surroundings and the amazing colors of the changing light, you'll enjoy not just a fantastic view, but also a mythical landscape.
Ethos
The villa’s architecture and landscape design is inspired by traditional Mykonian Villages. Early settlers built their houses close to one another, and close to sweet water sources. A cluster of five places was considered a village. You will observe many curved walls in Mykonos, which are shaped like this not for aesthetic value, but to protect the buildings from, and to reduce the howling of, the Cycladic winds.
We are environmentally conscious. All the materials we work with are selected for their EU certified eco-friendly standards. The Renovation was made by local workers, so as to support the local society. All our beds are naturally manufactured by COCO-MAT. Bearing the Seal Mattresses label they are made from natural materials including rubber, seaweed and coconut leaves, making for a divine sleeping experience. The rocks from the island's natural expression are integrated within the design of the building. We do this not just for aesthetic style, but also to leave the land undisturbed.
