Villa Kalo Livadi is overlooking the famous beach with the same name, with the equally famous beach clubs Solymar, Nemo and new from 2019 the iconic Blue Marlin Ibiza. There is an expansive view of the sea and Naxos at the horizon.

Villa Kalo Livadi offers 12 or 13 luxurious bedrooms, with 13 to 14 beds, depending on configuration. The property has the island’s only paddle tennis court, helipad for easy access from Athens or island hoping in the Greek archipelagos and a private nightclub with windows looking into the oversized 3,5m deep lagoon style pool.

The spacious living room on the ground floor opens up to a panoramic view of the sea and the 4000 m2 property lot, designed by renowned landscape architect. It is connected to a state of the art kitchen sure to satisfy both the professional chef and the cooking enthusiast. Located on the same floor are three en suite bedrooms, all with beautiful views, seating area and private terrace. Outside the living room the pool side terrace is the perfect place for watching the sunset over dinner. Whether you are a family entertaining a small group of friends or hosting a 200 guest wedding reception, this setting is sure to capture everyones attention. The pool is 60 m2 with a maximum depth of 3,5m, as well as kids corner with shallow water. The underwater pool window looks into the sub terrain nightclub and bar, casting a magical blue light illuminated by the sun and clear water. On this floor you will also find a wine cellar, guest toilets and storage. There are also three more en suite bedrooms.

The first floor has a large master suite, divided into two rooms with two bathrooms, and separated by an outdoor plunge pool, allowing star gazing at the fabled Greek night sky. The suite also has an exclusive terrace overlooking the pool and sea. On this floor there are three more bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms, one overlooking both the sea and beautiful Mykonian hills, also with plunge pool. The two other rooms having an undisturbed view of the sea, separate bathrooms and amazing terraces allowing privacy.

The sub terrain floor offers two spacious wind protected garden suites with separate pool and night club access. The third suite boasts a mini spa, beautiful sea view, a private garden and generous walk in closet. The night club is perfect for 100 guests dancing the night away while looking through the window, into the pool from under the surface. It can also be turned into a cinema style media room with the projector or cool game room for the kids. Enjoy the entertainment of your choice from the cozy sofas in the “VIP room” or from the plunge pool inside the club. Your club, your rules. On this floor you will also find ample storage, separate guest toilets for men and for women, as well as a professional laundry room, a gym with sauna with adjoining shower and toilet.

At the far end of the property, closest to the beach there are two separate grotto bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, outdoor showers and direct view of the beach, the second pool, the “amphitheater” with outdoor kitchen. The tasteful landscaping frames the helipad, the amphitheater and kitchen, where sun lovers and foodies can be equally content. The second pool is ideal for midnight swim or for having the children play as loud as they want while parents get some well-deserved rest by the main pool. This pool is shallow.

The front gate opens up to a generous parking space, the islands only professional paddle tennis court with stadium style seating, a gym featuring virtual reality boxing, EMS training, yoga mats and weights.
